Get to know our new Azulísimo branch
Emphasizing that which is not known or is rarely seen.
Almost 14 years after our first opening, today many dishes have been placed that are now famous and that in the past were totally unknown to most of the country. Among others we can mention the fish tikin xic, the salpicón de venison, mole negro and pipián blanco.
We offer to put at your disposal exquisite dishes with the stamp of traditional Mexican food.
A variety of soups, salads, dishes and desserts that will satisfy the most demanding palate.
Considered one of the 24 top chefs in Latin America by Gato Pardo magazine (in 2002) and one of the seven most important in Mexico according to the Día Siete magazine in Mexico (also in 2002) as well as one of the 12 best chefs of Mexico according to the Sanborns restaurant chain.
Thank you very much. The most worthy of these should be taken into account, and I will often open it to the free time of the architect.
